We just wanted to say Rest in Peace to Karl Malden. Malden, born Mladen George Sekulovich on March 22, 1912, died today, July 1, 2009 in his home in L.A. of natural causes at the age of 97. He has been an important figure in the film and television world for over 50 years. Some of his more notable rolls included playing a priest in On the Waterfront (1954) and the role of Mitch in A Streetcar Named Desire (1951) which won him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
